AGM, VP Operations - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The AGM or VP Operations’ mission is to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth, ultimately delivering exceptional value to our customers, stakeholders, and employees. Through effective leadership, collaboration, and innovation, aim to achieve operational excellence across all aspects of the business, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and exceeding performance expectations.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Support the growth of revenue base to $5MM by end of 2 years
  • Support the growth of gross revenue rate per month to $250,000 per year
  • Top grade the entire organization (will outline a Budget)
  • Set up network of partners, referral sources and deal pipeline that generate $1MM in closed fee income per year.
  • Build a data department to serve the entire organization – data gathering, data cleaning and data integration (will outline a Budget)
  • Design and roll out financial literacy program for SMEs in Saudi (will outline a Budget)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and achieve company goals
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the organization's strategic plan
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a high-performance culture
- Working with the Chief Compliance Officer, develops and implements policies and procedures that align with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements.

-Establish performance metrics and benchmarks to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, including processes and procedures for the sales team and customer support
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging employees to contribute ideas and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaborative partnerships and effective communication
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify opportunities and risks

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a VP Operations or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices
- Exceptional leadership and management abilities, with a focus on driving results and operational excellence
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and across all levels of an organization
- Proven track record of driving change and leading successful transformation initiatives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
